Paul Hodgkinson BA (Hons), MAC, has 25 years of business and training experience in both the private and public sectors.
Paul was Training Manager for a blue chip company before specialising in leadership development and setting up his own business. Clients have described Paul as approachable, patient, encouraging and with a clear eye for results.
He is an Associate Tutor with Roffey Park Institute, an Associate Coach with the Hay Group, both of whom are leaders in their fields, and is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).

Paul also has a knowledge and understanding of Local Government, having been a County and District Councillor in Gloucestershire and is a fluent French speaker.
