2 ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRES

If you are looking to assess and develop the talent and skills in your organisation or to fill a key role, we can work with you to design and deliver a range of assessment methods. This ranges from assessment and development centres to specific, individual activities to suit your own needs. It can include 360 degree feedback, role play exercises, group exercises, analysis presentations or the use of personality tools such as Occupational Personality Questionnaire.

3 TEAMBUILDING AND TEAM FACILITATION

We design and deliver events for teams resulting in better understanding of colleagues, increased co-operation and cohesiveness, along with agreed team and individual actions. Tools such as Myers Briggs and Strength Deployment Inventory are often used to facilitate this process.

We also facilitate sessions with teams of directors or senior managers to help them focus on their short and long term plans. This will include their vision for the organisation, their strategic aims, the changes they need to make to build their business and formulating action plans around these.

4 TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

We have a track record of carrying out analyses of different organisations' training needs, resulting in specific recommendations for leadership and professional development. The analysis can be based on a variety of methods such as observations in the workplace and interviews with key stakeholders.
